Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jharsuguda, responsible for driving sales growth for Tata Capital Limited’s financial products and services. This role includes managing and mentoring a sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.



The Sales Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with customers and partners, and oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure. Daily activities involve monitoring performance metrics, preparing sales reports, coordinating with operations and credit teams, and resolving customer queries related to loan products. The role requires proactive market engagement, regular field visits, and continuous improvement of sales strategies to achieve sustainable business growth.

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and target achievement.
