About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Croissant Chef / Coffee Qualified to join our café team. If you love baking, coffee and creating delicious food, we’d love to have you on board
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake croissants, cookies and other bakery products
Handle dough preparation, lamination, shaping, proofing and baking
Prepare hot & cold coffee and other café beverages
Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and an organized workstation
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management OR a recognized professional Baking Course/Certification is mandatory
Freshers/Beginner candidates with a genuine interest in baking & coffee are welcome
Prior bakery or café experience will be an advantage
Passion for food, baking and hospitality
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
