Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad.



This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting power solutions and generator products, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. The specialist will qualify leads, explain product features and benefits, handle basic technical and pricing questions, and schedule follow-ups or site visits for the field sales team. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems, responding to inbound customer calls, and coordinating with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing. The individual will also support customer retention activities, participate in sales campaigns, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help refine sales strategies.
