Responsibility

Strong business planning, project coordination, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
Ability to convert unstructured inputs into clear narratives, management decks, dashboards, action trackers, and decision notes.
Solid analytical capability with working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools.
Understanding of GCC / shared services operating model, governance forums, risk / control expectations, and cross-functional corporate processes.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables under time pressure with high accuracy and senior-management-ready quality.




Exposure to AI, automation, Copilot, data analytics, or transformation projects will be preferred.

Qualification

8–12 years of experience in strategic planning, business management, transformation office, management reporting, consulting, program governance, or GCC / BFSI corporate functions.
Prior experience working with senior leadership, preparing management decks, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in banking, financial services, global capability centers, operations governance, or transformation programs preferred
