Role Description The AI/ML Instructor role at Vidyavya is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The instructor will design and deliver engaging, practical AI/ML curriculum, including lectures, hands-on labs, and project-based learning aligned with industry practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring students on real-world projects,



guiding them through model development and deployment, reviewing assignments, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with the academic and industry partners to keep course content current, preparing students for internships and placements, and supporting their career readiness through workshops and individual guidance. The instructor will help foster a collaborative, inclusive classroom environment that encourages experimentation, curiosity, and applied learning.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in AI/ML concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and model evaluation.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python) and relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
Experience with data handling and preprocessing, including working with structured and unstructured
