Job Role - Performance Testing
Exp- 8+ Years
Location- PAN India
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and plans.
Perform Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability testing.
Create and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.
Analyze test results and identify system bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
Monitor system resources including CPU, Memory, Network, and Disk utilization during test execution.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide performance tuning recommendations.
Develop workload models and performance test scenarios based on business requirements.
Prepare detailed performance test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Participate in CI/CD pipelines and performance testing automation initiatives.
Validate application performance for cloud and on-premise environments.
Ensure compliance with defined SLAs and performance benchmarks.
