Job Description:
Deeply understand business goals and strategies, as well as operational context and processes
Partner & proactively lead meetings with business SMEs to future scope, pre-discovery, data discovery to drive overall achievement of digital roadmap and business value generation
Gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of business stakeholders
Concisely communicate with stakeholders and business teams to gain & move project work forward.
Write user stories, manage scrum calls, prioritize backlog
Knowledge and ability to write test scripts for business testing based on the requirements
Apply technical and functional knowledge to design solutions which are in line with technical architecture, database design, and performance requirements.




Analyze the business and system impacts of a solution and partner with the team to plan detailed tasks required to achieve delivery of the fully tested solution
Provide regular, timely, transparent communication on progress against digital product and capability roadmaps to both internal DTO and cross-functional business stakeholders.
Facilitate end user adoption of various digital capabilities, drive training, provide hypercare support, collect feedback from end users to continuously improve deployed solutions
Ensure business solutions are deployed, fully embedded into ways of working, and constantly improved to address changing business needs and transform and mature our business.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. Specialization in supply chain with experience in data engineering, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred.
