About The Role
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representatives to join our team supporting a US Healthcare client. This role involves managing patient and provider interactions through voice and non-voice channels,
ensuring that all communications adhere strictly to US healthcare compliance and privacy standards, including HIPAA regulations.
