Job Description : M/s Tarun Electricals is looking for an experienced and technically competent Civil Engineer for deployment on an Airport Infrastructure Project at Chandigarh International Airport Limited (CHIAL). For: Grading of Operational / Non-operational Area & Miscellaneous Civil Works

Location : Chandigarh International Airport.

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and control day-to-day civil works at site.
Plan and monitor earthwork, excavation and embankment activities.
Coordinate deployment of construction machinery and manpower.
Ensure proper levels, grades, slopes, camber and layer thickness.
Coordinate with surveyors, subcontractors and equipment operators.
Monitor quality and compliance with project specifications.
Verify measurements and prepare quantities for billing.
Maintain DPR, measurement records and site documentation.
Coordinate with the Client / Engineer-in-Charge for execution and inspections.
Ensure protected and systematic execution of work within the airport premises.

Preferred Candidate Profile :




5–8+ years of relevant experience in:
Airport / AAI projects
NHAI / Highway projects
Large infrastructure projects
Candidates with strong earthwork, grading and heavy-equipment management experience

Qualifications :
Candidates should have practical site experience in:
Large-scale excavation & earthwork
Embankment construction and layer-wise compaction
Grading, levelling, camber and slope control
Heavy equipment coordination – Excavator, Tipper, Dozer, Motor Grader & Roller
Survey/level coordination and quantity calculations
MORTH / CPWD specifications

Desired Skills :
AutoCAD
MS Excel
Auto Level / Total Station coordination
Earthwork quantity calculation
BOQ & measurement
DPR/MPR preparation
Knowledge of MORTH / CPWD specifications
