Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to build a high-quality pipeline of candidates. You will play a key role in ensuring we attract, evaluate, and hire top talent to support our company's growth.

Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions,Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media platforms to source and engage candidates,Perform referencing, networking,



and headhunting to identify strong active and passive candidates,Screen and evaluate candidates through telephonic interviews to assess role fit and communication skills,Shortlist, schedule, and coordinate technical and final-round interviews,Maintain proactive follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process,Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through continuous sourcing efforts,Explore and recommend new sourcing strategies to improve recruitment effectiveness

Qualification

Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
HR specialisation preferred.
