Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions based on business requirements.
Design and configure Service Territories, Operating Hours, Work Types, Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Service Resources.
Configure Scheduling Policies, Optimization Rules, and Dispatcher Console.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze field service requirements.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic approaches.
Integrate Salesforce FSL with ERP, CRM, SAP, and third-party applications.
Configure and support Salesforce Mobile App for field technicians.
Perform data migration, deployment, and system enhancements.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and user training activities.




Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards.
