Role Description The Tenders & CRM Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur,



responsible for managing tender-related activities and customer relationship processes. Day-to-day tasks include identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs, and tracking tender outcomes. The role also involves maintaining and updating CRM systems, monitoring customer interactions, and ensuring accurate records of leads, prospects, and existing customers. The executive will support customer retention initiatives, analyze customer feedback, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience. Collaboration with sales and operations teams to follow up on inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide timely information is central to this position.
