Operations Manager – Quick Commerce & Procurement
Ziteos is building an AI-powered B2B procurement platform for the construction and real-estate ecosystem.

We are building the operating layer that makes procurement faster, more transparent and more effective — connecting demand, suppliers, pricing, credit and fulfilment.

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can build and manage our operational engine as we scale.

What You Will Do

* Manage day-to-day procurement and fulfilment operations
* Coordinate between customers, suppliers, warehouses and delivery partners
* Handle fast-moving / quick-commerce style orders with high accuracy and speed
* Ensure orders are sourced, confirmed, dispatched and delivered within committed timelines
* Track inventory, availability, pricing and supplier performance
* Manage order exceptions, cancellations, replacements and escalations
* Build SOPs for procurement, fulfilment and customer service
* Work closely with the founders and technology team to improve operational workflows




* Identify operational bottlenecks and build systems to eliminate them
* Track key metrics such as:
* Order fulfilment rate
* On-time delivery
* Order accuracy
* Supplier response time
* Gross margin
* Cancellation rate
* Customer complaints
* Coordinate with technology/product teams to automate repetitive operational processes
* Help build a scalable operations model for Ziteos as order volumes grow

Who We Are Looking For

* 2–6 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, quick commerce, procurement, logistics or supply chain
* Experience with companies such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, Udaan, OfBusiness or similar businesses is a strong advantage
* Strong execution and problem-solving ability
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
* Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Someone who is highly process-oriented but also willing to get
