Backend: Ruby, Python, Ruby on Rails
Frontend: (any JS Based frontend)
Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL
APIs: JSON, REST API development
Others: Git, Linux , CI/CD pipelines
Cloud: Basic understanding of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Ruby and Python frameworks
Build scalable REST APIs and integrate them with agile frontend applications
Collaborate with the team on application architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices
Review code, maintain coding standards,
and ensure clean, maintainable deliverables
Mentor and support junior developers
Participate in deployment processes, cloud setups, and CI/CD workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and integration challenges
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of Software development experience
Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset
Good communication skills and confidence to interact with internal teams & stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
