About The Role

The Business Partner and Functional Expert role at Oracle is a key position responsible for providing detailed financial analysis and decision-making support to stakeholders across the organization. This role involves collaborating closely with business units to facilitate strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales cycles within software companies,



expense management, and end-to-end process/system workflows. The role requires a proactive approach to translating complex business requirements into actionable insights, supporting the development of future business strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold an MBA, CA, CIMA, or CMA qualification, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial management and analysis. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) is essential, with proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic analysis. Strong proficiency in analytical and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, along with advanced MS-Office skills, is required.
