Role Description The Transport Manager role at Volercars is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The person in this role oversees daily transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and deployment of vehicles to meet client service level agreements. Responsibilities include coordinating with drivers and location teams,



monitoring fleet utilization, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and resolving operational issues promptly. The Transport Manager works closely with client representatives and internal stakeholders to handle queries, manage escalations, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, optimizing costs, supporting implementation of process improvements, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting for transport activities.
