.Role Description The Zonal Merchant Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Purnea, responsible for driving merchant acquisition, activation,



and engagement within the assigned zone. The role involves identifying and onboarding new merchants, building strong relationships with existing merchant partners, and ensuring effective utilization of Airtel Payments Bank products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring merchant performance metrics, conducting regular market visits, coordinating with internal teams for process improvements, and implementing local strategies to increase transaction volumes and revenue. The Zonal Merchant Lead will also train field teams and merchant partners on digital payment solutions, ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and zonal growth
