Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Mumbai.



The Business Development Manager will identify and develop recent business opportunities, build and nurture relationships with key partners and clients, and drive growth for ABSLI’s product portfolio. Responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding new distribution channels, managing existing partner accounts, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve revenue and market share targets. The role involves analyzing market trends and competitor activities, preparing business proposals and presentations, and maintaining accurate sales pipelines and performance reports. The Business Development Manager will also support training and motivation of frontline sales teams and ensure alignment with regulatory and company policies.
