Role Description The Video Editor role at Maryam Silk Emporium is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. The Video Editor will plan, assemble, and edit video content for product showcases, brand stories, social media campaigns, and promotional materials. Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, selecting clips, editing sequences, adding transitions and sound, performing basic color correction, and integrating graphics or motion elements to align with brand guidelines.



The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and merchandising teams to develop visual concepts, optimizing videos for various platforms, and maintaining a consistent visual identity that highlights the craftsmanship and elegance of the products.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end creation of visual content.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, appealing visuals that accurately represent fabrics and designs.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements for diverse platforms.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing and design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
