About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Analyst & Project Coordinator to join our team remotely from India. This full-time position offers an exciting prospect to work closely with our application development and production support teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for manual testing, defect tracking, project coordination, and stakeholder communication,



playing a vital role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our web applications and related systems. The role requires a blend of testing expertise, project management skills, and effective communication to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications.
Strong proficiency in SQL for backend data validation and verification.
Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Familiarity with project management and issue tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools.
Knowledge of accessibility standards, including ADA, Section 508, or WCAG guidelines.
Experience testing PDFs, reports, and database functionalities.
