ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in selling IT software and technology solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for handling company-provided leads, identifying customer requirements, presenting suitable software solutions, conducting online product demonstrations, following up with prospects, and converting qualified opportunities into customers.
The candidate will also be expected to generate additional leads independently through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant channels whenever required.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, consultative selling, negotiation, and product presentation skills, along with a proven track record in B2B software sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Lead Management & Sales
· Contact and follow up on company-generated leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and online meetings.
· Understand the source, requirement, and potential of each lead and prioritize opportunities accordingly.
· Qualify prospects based on their business requirements, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase timeline.
· Generate additional qualified leads independently through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, online research, and other channels whenever required.
· Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
