Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Video Editor. The Video Editor will edit and assemble video content for social media campaigns, including cutting footage, adding transitions, and syncing audio. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with strategists and designers to understand creative briefs, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and text overlays, and adapting content to various formats and platforms.



The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining brand consistency across video outputs, and delivering content on schedule. The Video Editor is expected to provide creative input, stay updated on social media video trends, and optimize videos for engagement and performance.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for social and digital platforms.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visually consistent and appealing content.
Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
Comfort working with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
Ability to interpret creative briefs, take feedback constructively, and iterate quickly.
Robust attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
