Role Description The Pediatric Physiotherapist will provide assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of children with physical, developmental, and neuromotor challenges in an on-site setting located in Bangalore Urban. This full-time role involves conducting detailed physical and functional evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering hands-on interventions such as therapeutic exercises, gait training, and gross motor skill development. The role includes monitoring progress, updating documentation,



and communicating regularly with families and caregivers to support home-based activities. The Pediatric Physiotherapist will collaborate with other therapy professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care and participate in case discussions, parent education, and team meetings.
Qualifications
Relevant professional qualification such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (preferably with pediatric specialization) from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated experience working with infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents with developmental delays, neuromuscular conditions, or orthopedic issues.
Strong skills in pediatric assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention, including gross motor development, balance, coordination, and posture management.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and reports.
