Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.



The individual in this role will identify and pursue recent business opportunities across key sectors, build and maintain relationships with enterprise B2B clients, and promote Ishan Technologies’ network, cloud, system integration, and cybersecurity offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with client needs. The role also involves market research, competitive analysis, pipeline management, and regular reporting on sales performance and revenue forecasts. The Business Development Manager is expected to contribute to go-to-market strategies, participate in industry events, and uphold a consultative, customer-centric approach to solution selling.
