Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Python AI qualified with 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development. The role will support the design, development, and delivery of Python- and AI-based technology solutions while providing technical guidance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and translating business requirements into practical outcomes.The position will contribute to business objectives by delivering reliable technology solutions, improving engineering processes, evaluating emerging technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and supporting effective adoption of cloud, AI, and software development capabilities.
Software Requirements
Required
In-depth understanding of Python, AI technologies, software systems, and technology architectures.
Experience using current and supported versions of Python.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.




Knowledge of database management systems and data structures.
Experience with software development lifecycle practices, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Familiarity with source control, code review, testing, documentation, and release processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into Python- and AI-based technology solutions.
Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technology teams and managing projects.
Ability to evaluate technology options based on business value, feasibility, security, cost, scalability, and maintainability.
Preferred
Experience developing AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or intelligent automation solutions using Python.
Experience with AI model integration, data preparation, model evaluation, and application development.
