Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Noida. The Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and present SciSigma’s services and technology platforms in a clear, value-focused manner. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals,



coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, and supporting contract negotiation and closing activities. The Sales Associate will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up on leads, and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting. The position also includes collaborating with marketing and service delivery teams to improve offerings and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
Robust communication, presentation, and client relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of basic sales processes, negotiation techniques, and CRM usage.
Interest or experience in Intellectual Property, Business Intelligence, or related consulting services.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities.
Comfort with data-driven discussions and explaining complex service offerings in simple terms.
