Role Description The Travel Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This position involves consulting with prospective and existing travelers, understanding their spiritual travel needs, and recommending suitable pilgrimage packages and services. The specialist will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings,



prepare customized itineraries and quotations, and follow up to convert leads into bookings. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with operations and ticketing teams, and ensuring all travel arrangements are clearly communicated and confirmed. The role also includes contributing to sales promotions, building relationships with partners, and providing pre- and post-trip support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in travel sales, tourism, or a related customer-facing role, preferably with pilgrimage or spiritual tourism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex travel options clearly and build trust with diverse travelers.
Ability to create and manage customized itineraries, handle bookings, and coordinate logistics with attention to detail.
