Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Managers to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of the BDM is to connect with prospective learners, generate leads, and convert qualified prospects into demo class attendees.

Since our Unreal Engine Studio Course is a high-value and easy-to-understand offering, your main focus will be building trust, understanding the learner's goals, and convincing genuinely interested candidates to attend our free demo sessions.

The company will also provide qualified leads to support your efforts. However, this is a target-based role, and candidates are expected to actively generate additional leads through their own networking and outreach.

Key Responsibilities





* Generate new leads through referrals, networking, social media, and other outreach channels.
* Follow up on company-provided leads promptly.
* Understand the needs and career goals of prospective students.
* Convince qualified prospects to attend demo classes.
* Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize demo attendance and conversions.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
* Achieve monthly lead generation, demo booking, and enrollment targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
* Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for smooth handovers.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
