Role Description

The Visiting Faculty – Research Methodology will design and deliver high-quality course content in research methods for management and related disciplines. Responsibilities include preparing lectures, case studies,



and practical assignments; guiding learners in selecting appropriate research designs and tools; and mentoring them through term projects, theses, and empirical studies. The faculty member will assess learner performance through evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic rigor aligned with Athena’s standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with permanent faculty on curriculum enhancement, integrating industry-relevant examples, and participating in academic meetings and events as required.

This is a on-site role based at Athena in Mumbai.

Qualifications

Robust foundation in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including research design, data collection techniques, and data analysis.
Proficiency in statistical tools and software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Excel, or similar) and familiarity with academic databases and referencing systems.
