Role Description

The Shift Manager – Mechanical is a full-time, on-site role based in Roorkee, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of mechanical equipment, machinery, and plant systems during the assigned shift.

The role involves planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring equipment health and performance, minimizing machine downtime, and ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with established safety, quality, and operational standards.

The Shift Manager will coordinate with technicians, plant operations, production, safety, and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. The position will also be responsible for maintenance planning, manpower allocation, troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, maintaining maintenance records, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
