Role Description The Lecturer in Diploma Civil Engineering will teach diploma-level civil engineering courses,



conduct tutorials and practical sessions, and guide learners in laboratory work and project activities. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing teaching materials, using modern pedagogical tools and classroom technologies, and evaluating student performance through assessments and examinations. The lecturer will mentor students on academic and career development, support departmental activities, and contribute to academic events such as workshops, seminars, and technical festivals. The role also involves participation in curriculum delivery aligned with Gujarat Technological University guidelines and engaging in continuous improvement of teaching practices. This is a full-time, in office position located at the Saffrony Institute of Technology campus near Mehsana.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution, meeting AICTE and university norms.
