Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East, responsible for managing and growing client relationships in the real estate domain. In this role,



the Relationship Manager engages with prospective and existing clients to understand their property and investment needs, presents suitable real estate options, and provides clear guidance throughout the decision-making process. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and site visits, coordinating with internal advisory, banking, and legal teams, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of transactions. The Relationship Manager maintains accurate records of client interactions, tracks leads and opportunities, and supports marketing and business development initiatives to expand the client base. The role also involves delivering high-quality, ethical advisory, resolving client queries, and ensuring a positive, trust-based client experience.
