Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Python and Generative AI professional with 5+ years of experience in software development, technology delivery, and AI-enabled solution development. The role will support the design, development, and delivery of scalable Python and Generative AI solutions while contributing technical guidance, stakeholder collaboration, and technology initiative delivery.The position will contribute to business objectives by translating business requirements into practical technology solutions, improving engineering processes, evaluating emerging technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and supporting secure, scalable, and effective AI adoption.
Software Requirements
Required
In-depth understanding of Python, Generative AI, software technologies, and technology systems.
Experience using current and supported versions of Python.
Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, large language models, AI solution patterns, and implementation considerations.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.




Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.
Knowledge of database management systems and data structures.
Experience with software development lifecycle practices, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Familiarity with source control, code review, testing, documentation, and release processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into Python and Generative AI technology solutions.
Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technology teams and projects.
Ability to evaluate technology options based on business value, technical feasibility, security, cost, and maintainability.
Preferred
Experience developing and deploying Generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or intelligent automation solutions using Python.
