Nature of the Project -> Imagination and Vibrance
The team size will be small and will not change much in the future either. Aimed at having a high level of coordination which is harder in larger teams.




Games will either be of narrative story type games or action adventure and sometimes both.
Artificial Intelligence will be used wherever possible to make work faster.
Social interaction will be very minimal.

Company -> Faster = Better
Zenosphere is a multidisciplinary firm which changes direction often, so projects and the nature of work will change a lot. With a lot more creative projects in the pipeline this role will excite a person who loves adventure and change. We prioritize speed and innovation and do not work in a corporate style.
