The Coach will collaborate with the program team to improve learning content, track participant progress, and escalate any issues that may impact engagement or outcomes. This internship role is designed to build coaching, mentoring, and communication skills while contributing to a positive learning experience in a remote environment.
Qualifications
Ability to explain complex concepts in accessible language,



with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in financial markets, investing, or economics, with a willingness to stay current on market trends.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple learners and tasks in a remote setting.
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism when mentoring individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
Comfort using digital collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, learning platforms, messaging tools) to deliver remote support.
Self-motivated, proactive approach to identifying learner needs and suggesting improvements to the program.
Prior tutoring, coaching, or teaching experience is beneficial but not required.
Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (such as finance, business, economics, education, or psychology) preferred.
