Position Overview:
The Operations Executive / Senior Operations Executive – eCommerce Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational execution of the eCommerce product within the assigned Surface Hub, ensuring seamless movement of shipments across the surface network. The role oversees inbound, outbound and transit operations for the eCommerce product, ensuring shipment visibility, network connectivity, service quality and adherence to committed timelines.
Reporting to the Hub Manager, the incumbent works closely with Linehaul Operations, Network Operations, Service Centres, Last Mile Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure effective hub processing, timely dispatches and effective resolution of operational exceptions.
The role plays a critical part in maintaining service reliability, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for the eCommerce product across the surface logistics network.
Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end hub operations for the eCommerce product by ensuring timely processing, consolidation and movement of shipments across the surface network, while maintaining operational accuracy, service quality, network connectivity and compliance with organisational standards.
