Role Description:
The Senior HR Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for program, field, and support functions across the organization.



This role involves partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process. The Senior HR Recruiter will coordinate offer discussions, onboarding, and induction, while maintaining accurate recruitment records and HR analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include building talent pipelines, nurturing relationships with universities and partner organizations, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and internal policies, and promoting Kokan NGO’s employer brand. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of hiring processes and supports broader HR initiatives as needed.
