Role Description The Social Media Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The individual in this position will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. Responsibilities include creating engaging posts, captions, and stories, monitoring online conversations, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role also involves coordinating with designers and writers,



tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements to campaigns based on data and trends. The Social Media Associate will help support broader digital marketing and PR initiatives as needed.
