Job Description
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts across VP, AVP, and SO levels to work on CASA-related IT projects. The role involves planning, requirement validation, process design, training, testing, reporting, and coordination with various stakeholders.
Responsibility
Gather and validate business requirements for CASA systems.,Create BRD and FRD documents, workflows, and diagrams.,Provide user training, support UAT, and manage documentation.,Facilitate communication among users, vendors, and project teams.,Mentor juniors and support project governance (VP/AVP roles).
Qualification
Master’s degree, preferably in Science or IT.
