Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Java, React & Python technology qualified with 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development. The role will support the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions while contributing technical guidance, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery oversight across cross-functional teams.The position will contribute to business objectives by translating requirements into technology solutions, improving engineering processes, evaluating new technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and supporting successful project delivery.
Software Requirements
Required
In-depth understanding of Java, React, Python, and related software systems.
Experience using current and supported versions of Java, React, and Python.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.
Knowledge of database management systems and data structures.




Experience with software development lifecycle practices, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Familiarity with source control, code review, testing, documentation, and release processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technology teams and projects.
Ability to evaluate technology options based on business requirements, technical feasibility, security, cost, and maintainability.
Preferred
Experience developing enterprise applications using Java, React, and Python.
Experience with Java-based backend frameworks, React-based frontend applications, and Python services or automation.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, application integration, and distributed systems.
Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
Familiarity with DevOp
