Sales Executive – School Partnerships

Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive to develop partnerships with preschools and educational institutions. The role involves extensive field travel, meeting school owners/principals, generating leads, conducting presentations, negotiating, and closing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads from preschools and educational institutions.
Meet school owners, principals, trustees, and decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and activity reports.
Represent the organisation at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.




Gather market and competitor insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Education Sales, or Business Development preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident personality with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Valid driving licence is required; own vehicle will be an advantage.
