Key Responsibilities

providing detailed information about State Farm insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies.
Assist customers with completing policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
Proactively identify customer needs and recommend additional coverage options to enhance protection and meet financial goals.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Maintain and update customer records and agency databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with agency teams including underwriting, claims, and marketing to coordinate seamless service delivery.
Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote agency visibility and generate recent business leads.
