Role Description The Service Engineer-Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer locations. Typical day-to-day activities include assisting senior engineers in diagnosing technical issues, performing routine checks, and carrying out basic repairs under guidance. The role involves documenting service activities, preparing reports, and communicating clearly with customers and internal teams about work performed and next steps.



The trainee will follow established safety procedures, learn company standards and best practices, and participate in training sessions to build technical and customer service capabilities. This position offers hands-on exposure to field service operations and opportunities for growth into independent service responsibilities.
