Manotron Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team.

Position: Production Supervisor

? Experience: 3–4 years
? Industry: Sheet Metal / Fabrication / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily production activities.
Handle and coordinate Laser Cutting, CNC Bending and Fabrication operations.
Plan production as per drawings, job requirements and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with operators and fabrication teams to ensure smooth production.
Monitor production quality and ensure jobs are manufactured as per drawings and specifications.
Minimize material wastage, rework and production delays.
Check production progress and report daily output.
Coordinate with stores, quality and other departments for timely completion of jobs.




Ensure proper machine utilization and workforce management.
Maintain discipline and safety standards on the shop floor.
Requirements
3–4 years of relevant experience in sheet metal fabrication/manufacturing.
Valuable practical knowledge of laser cutting, CNC bending and fabrication.
Ability to understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
Good knowledge of production planning and shop-floor management.
Ability to manage operators and get work completed within deadlines.
Problem-solving attitude and good communication skills.
Candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience will be preferred.
