About the Role
We are looking for a high-level YouTube Thumbnail Artist who can create eye-catching, high-performing thumbnails that drive millions of views. Our flagship channel generates over 75 million views per month, and your work will be the first thing seen by a global audience of millions.
We need someone who lives and breathes YouTube thumbnails, understands the latest industry trends, and can use advanced Photoshop techniques and AI tools to craft visuals that match (or exceed) world-class, viral-level quality. Your goal is to meet or surpass the highest-performing thumbnails in the industry today.
What You'll Do
Design high-converting visuals: Create engaging thumbnails that maximize Click-Through Rate (CTR) and audience retention.
Master advanced techniques: Use expert Photoshop skills and AI-powered tools to enhance lighting, assets, and overall visual impact.
Psychology-driven design: Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand video content and viewer psychology.
Iterate for performance:



Continuously test and refine designs based on real-time performance data.
Stay ahead of trends: Keep a pulse on YouTube design trends, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques.
Volume & Quality: Produce 10 high-quality, viral-ready thumbnails per week.
What We're Looking For
Communication: English fluency is required for internal collaboration.
Expertise: Someone who understands the "viral aesthetic" and can craft thumbnails that compete with the biggest creators on the platform.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in high-level thumbnail design for YouTube or top-tier digital media.
Photoshop Mastery: Expert understanding of lighting, composition, color grading, and visual effects.
AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance assets and speed up the creative workflow.
Strategic Mindset: Deep knowledge of how thumbnails impact CTR and the ability to explain the "why" behind a design.
Efficiency: Ability to work rapid and meet deadli
