Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Physics Expert specializing in statistical physics, quantum information, or condensed matter physics to work on a contract basis. The role involves applying advanced theoretical and computational methods to solve complex problems in physics-based modeling and simulation. Candidates should have expertise in one or more of these specialized areas to contribute to high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement theoretical models in statistical physics, quantum information, or condensed matter physics
• Conduct numerical simulations and data analysis to validate theoretical predictions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate physics-based insights into computational frameworks
• Publish findings in technical reports or contribute to peer-reviewed publications where applicable
• Provide expert consultation on physics-related challenges in project execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• PhD or equivalent experience in physics, with a focus on statistical physics, quantum information, or condensed matter physics
• Strong background in mathematical modeling and computational physics methods
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ for simulation and analysis
• Experience with quantum computing frameworks or condensed matter theory is highly desirable
• Ability to translate complex physical concepts into actionable technical solutions
