Join our team as a Senior Consultant for ServiceNow Implementation. This role involves driving IT Service Management initiatives, implementing ServiceNow solutions, and enhancing business processes through innovative approaches.
Responsibility
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements,
translating them into technical specifications.,Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase and post-deployment.,Design and lead integration of ServiceNow with alternate tools and platforms.,Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding of the platform.,Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and ensure the team is proficient in recent features.,Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
