What You'll Do:
Marketing Automation & Campaign Management: Design, build, and manage automated email and SMS campaigns to support outreach, onboarding, and ongoing engagement. You'll create audience segments based on complex data sets and set up behavior-triggered workflows to ensure timely, relevant communications. Success means delivering effective nurture, reactivation, and transactional campaigns that are continually optimized through A/B testing and performance insights.
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: Maintain campaign dashboards, track performance metrics, and translate data into actionable insights. You’ll help refine targeting, inform strategy, and continuously improve marketing performance through audience analysis and reporting.
