Legal and policy review.
Institutional gap and risk analysis.
Recommendations for reform. c) Draft and Submit the Criminal Justice Information Exchange and Referral Governance Framework and Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). d) Submit the Final Governance Framework, Final SOP Manual, Stakeholder Consultation Report,
and Implementation Roadmap for the implementation of the Criminal Justice Information Exchange and Referral System (CJIX-R) pilot, including governance arrangements, implementation phases, monitoring arrangements, institutional responsibilities, key risks, sustainability considerations, and recommendations for phased implementation.
