Flax isn't another F&B; brand chasing scale for the sake of it — we're building the infrastructure for how India eats healthy, every single day. That means kitchens that run like clockwork, delivery windows that never slip, and a team that treats operations as the product, not the afterthought.

We're hiring an Operations Head.
Not someone who manages a checklist. Someone who thinks like a founder — who sees a broken process and fixes it before anyone asks, who owns P&L; like it's their own money, who can walk into a cloud kitchen at 7am and know exactly what's off just by the rhythm of the place.

If you've:
Run multi-city F&B; or QSR operations end-to-end
Built or scaled systems (not just followed them)
Got your hands dirty — kitchen floor to spreadsheet
Want equity in outcomes, not just a seat
Esop's allocated

This is a builder's role. You'll shape how a 9-kitchen network becomes a 50-kitchen network without losing what makes Flax, Flax.
